I just want no excuses tonight. No laziness, no giving up, no taking short cuts or fancy kicking at goal, no waiting for next time. If one of ours gets hit, we give it back twice. If they want to fight then we'll fight, if they want to play football then we'll play football.

Taking a line from our kit manufacturers, Just F&@king Do It Blueboys!!!

Lloyd's article on set shot kinking being awful in general was spot on.

I saw we are last over the past 3 years for set shot accuracy, no surprises there

Doesn't help when you play a boundary line game which increases your difficulty.

Has everyone booked reserved seats tonight or is anyone just turning up and going General Admission?

Watching Footy Flashbacks at the moment, our draw from early 2011. We were 2 goals 9. Nothing has changed.

I have no confidence in any of our players to nail a goal from 30m directly in front. Saying we play wide is letting them off the hook, they miss plenty of regulation shots.

Rowe and Ellard should not be playing. A shrewd move by the MC to determine once and for all that these blokes are not good enough.

Carlton just don't want to learn.....That's why we are where we are....and it continues with its head firmly entrenched in the sand....

It's depressing watching other teams play. Seeing commitment, desperation, leadership and players backing in their skills just makes me so envious. From the top quality sides, to the GWS - Port - Doggies etc they are harbouring talent.

Even the pies - (the anti-carlton). They started a mini rebuild a bit over a year ago, whilst still contending for finals. Building assets for the future and playing the kids. Mark my words, they are already in a much better position for the future than us. Raided the last few drafts and are building on the run. Cleared out the old players whilst some still had value. They do everything we don't.

Have been on top of us for years. Thanks to a solid football and recruiting strategy. Will continue to be for a long time. VERY depressing watching the pies

Going shortly approaching game with trepidation
Time for the team to show some guts for a change and dig deep
We go down tonight the season is shot surely we will see some effort in these circumstances -can't go 0-3 two seasons in a row
Wouldn't it be good if tonight we nailed our chances in front of goal and played a tough and uncompromising brand of footy
Surely Bryce Gibbs will put in a good game -surely big knockers will dominate in the ruck against 2 non ruck men -Surely Hollywood Garlett wil nail the shots for goal -surely we will get some consistency with this side for a change -surely our leaders will stand up
