Hodge's actions could plausibly be considered accidental, even though he whacked Henderson in the head with an elbow.
Waite's looked like street thuggery, even though it's questionable whether or not he even made contact.
Judd's "eye gouge" was nothing more than soft face pat, but he got three weeks because Ch7 went "oooo" and "ahhh".
What happen to "insufficient force" in these cases? Irrelevant. It looked bad.

We have to grow a mean streak, and we have to fight harder and get stronger and never let the foot off their throat.

We need Hendo playing forward (not the sluggish fumbly Rowe or Hammer) and recruit a CHB and a couple class mids (so we don't have to rely on the one paced Curnow and McLean)

If only we could turn Kreuzer into a Forwrd -ruck and have a dominant ruckman at the ball ups in Warnock.

Hendo should apologise to Hodge for getting his face in the way of Hodge's elbow.

I'll have to have another look. I certainly didn't see an elbow. Henderson wouldn't have got back up if it were Hodge's elbow. Correct decision.

I reckon both decisions are correct.
