Our setup behind the ball was perfect after half time. Our pressure around the ball much more like it.
Vossy is destroying the opposition coaches - just saying. :donk:
What a great second half and DOW / FISHER - Take a Flowering BOW. You beauty!!!!

What a great win. Saints pressure was incredible. We never gave up and worked our way back into it.

Undermanned, lacked some composure and make a lot of mistakes early but still won. Brilliant

Newman BOG for me but Fisher in defence was awesome and Paddy Dow stood up and was excellent. We need some players back soon but I couldn’t be happier

We are The Great Defenders: St.Kilda's second worst score for the year.

Now only the Filth have a lower 'against' score for the year - and that by a measly 18 points.

FACT: great defences win Premierships!

Combination of winning so much contested ball and a great defence working well together.
Fisher adds another genuine running option, Boyd back this week and McGovern in 1-2 weeks. Impressive

I personally find losing to st kilda offensive. If we can beat these spocks on a regular basis we might be on the right track

Unbelievable. Didn’t see it coming. Didn’t think we had it in us, today.

Enormous win. So bloody proud.

Think I need to get used to this new Carlton.

I hate the Saints, I'm so glad we stomped them in the second half. Bunch of flogs have only one premiership in their history and that was over 50 years ago. Their fans are wankers and I'm so happy we beat them and Rossy who is an absolute flog.

Yes…I’m the Great Defender…

very very happy during the first half I said to my son well after 6 on the trot and injuries the boys just are a bit off - thinking we'd lose by about 5 goals - never, ever sawe that second half coming - who is this team and what have they done with Carlton of the last 20 years???? Fisher, Dow, TDK...and Weiters and Newman were impassable down back - and the umpiring was shit - again.

They said he came off holding his hammy

But seemed to walk into the rooms with the other players just fine IMO

Fingers crossed not another hammy
It kinda looked like cramp at the ground.

We did what the really good teams can do. Play crap for the majority of a match, yet pull the game out of the fire. Belief! The belief that you're a damn good side and you're never beaten, that you can win from anywhere. Just so proud, great coaching too. At half time I thought it was how far the Saints.

An old joke, but a goody. Q: What is the difference between St. Kilda and a bra? A: A bra has two cups.

Blake acres was amazing also today.

I kinda wish he returned that silly flex rubbish that marshall gave him in the 1st quarter.

Rub it in his face.

Amazing grit and guts from the boys today.
Undermanned and just kept pushing.

Thought Motlop was really good. Very clean. Always looks dangerous when he has the ball. Has gone back to VFL and worked on things and come back a better player. So too has Fisher by the looks of it.
