Forget about it.
Rather stay at home and drown my sorrows at the inevitable feeble display, then sit in the cold quietly seething at our team and the toothless Filth supporting morons around me laughing at our expense.

Our dole money has always run out by Sunday nights so we're usually out committing B&E's to fund our smack habits for the following week.

You'll probably be ok to go.

 :self-deprecatingLOL:

If Hendo would benefit from surgery, send him off now and get him right for the start of the pre-season. I know we can't send them all off at once - we wouldn't be able to field a team - but start with Hendo because he is such a valuable player for us.

There's nobody in reserve who can replace him for the remainder of the season, but that's not the point. It's about 2015 now.

That doesn't mean play kids who are nowhere near ready either. Sure, there's going to be games given to players who shouldn't get them when you start sending players off for operations in July. But I would be more inclined to throw down the gauntlet to the likes of Lucas, Watson, McInnes, Garlett, Ellard, Armfield, maybe Wood. Guys who have been in the system awhile and have arrived at the Last Chance Saloon.

By all means, get some games along the way into Graham & Cripps. Maybe give Sheehan, Johnson & Holman a taste. Keep playing Menzel, Buckley & Docherty when they are fit enough. But the answer isn't to just play all kids every week for the sake of it.

It's all good - not many people remember that. Everyone just got excited by the fights and forgot about the result of the game.

The funny thing was that Hawthorn weren't completely out of the match at that point, but after the fights broke out, the Scum kicked something like 10 out of the next 12 goals to blow them off the park.

But all things aside, I do agree that we need a line in the sand game. Might have to be next year though! :yikes:

Didn't he rest the last time we played as well?

That Langden kid played Maxwell's role and killed us last time.
Watch him do it again

We dont have to try to tank to end bottom 4.

Now we have to see which players have got the ticker we might want to retain for another year.

I do like aboynamedsue's post above. Get Hendo ready to rip in 2015
Even Jamison...give him the same as Walker's latter operation.
There's a good part of the goal to goal line in place.

I'm trying to think of how we beat the Maggies.

We can if we want...and by we I mean the players.

Onee touch quick hands possessin footy.

We do love you, Mandy. Hate your team but imo you're always welcome here.

Yes good to see you back Mandy, and we all now have much more in common. Lots of us don't like Carlton much at the moment either. PS Do you want your old coach back?
