Agree with Synbad. Give him some time to get himself right.

Kruezer loves playing football. His manager and family love him playing football. He wants to play every week.

The knee blowout he got landing awkwardly going for a mark at CHB. Had pain around the knee where tendon was grafted from in 2012 but played on. That playing on is something he really wanted to do. It has no bearing on the foot injury he has now. A foot injury that could happen to anyone.

He has been unlucky with injury. Gutsy to play on but playing on doesnt help anyone.

if hes playing with knee soreness and hip soreness.. he would alter his gate.. and that would make him stand differently on his feet maybe.

of course it has a bearing.

pain means the body is looking for a position to accomodate less pain.. which means u place pressure elsewhere
at 105 kilos thats his foot or a part of his foot

the amount of stupidity i hear when its obvious the guy isnt and hasnt been right for a long long time is astounding.

get the guys body right and let him lose a couple of kilos.

I once had a foot injury that came out of the blue. Shocker of an injury. Not bad enough to stop me playing but bad enough to stop me doing what I wanted to do on the field.

Which knee did he do? What side hip is sore? Which foot is sore?

Give him a rest I say but he won't like it.

Do not play him again until he is 100%. Even then let him comeback through the VFL. Give him as long as it takes. I don't care how long. Just get it right. We are going to ruin him.

Didn't the club invest thousands of dollars in some whiz bang injury imaging thing that is designed to detect all this?

..agreed, played most of 2012 having fluid drained from his knee, is a warrior and one of only a few on our list.. ..capable of playing 250+ I believe, and will ruin himself for this club.. ..love the kid, at times used and abused by the club, but desperate coaches do silly things..

Kreuz on fox sports news says he is right to play this week.

Don't like the sound of that. He's obviously got problems. Just fix them and get it right.

..krooz is the black knight.. ..it'd be funny, if it weren't true..

..elim final late first quarter, breaks a foot, "it's just a scratch, let me at em".. ..and we do.. ..I love the kid, a lion heart,, but for once ignore his loyalty to the jumper and go only by the docs.. ..he'd play on crutches if it were allowed..

I'm no medical expert, clearly, but how can there possibly be a situation where the options are:

A) Ok to play if not sore Thursday; or

B) surgery and out 10 weeks.

Why wouldn't they just get on with the surgery, fix the problem and let him heal?

I wouldn't be surprised if by season end he's our number 1 ruck

Because that's how [REDACTED] we are when it comes to recruiting.

i think u just need to have him right for the second half of the season as if that season is lost one guy shouldnt have made the difference for that

give him a rest

who runs this club anyway???

MM last night was interviewed on tv. About Kreuzer he said he was a short ruck these days, and needed to keep developing as a forward as well.

I agree. Needs to develop another string to his bow, be able to play in another position. Rest there if nothing else. Like all our forwards their biggest issue will more be quality of delivery.

I heard that as well. Seemed to have written him off as a No.1 ruck. More of a Key forward second ruck role.

This is not going to end well. Seem to be heading down the Hampson as a key forward role. Never ever works. He is not a key forward. Doesn't have the skills.

Are we seriously going to use our No.1 pick as a back up ruck, pinch hit forward? :?

..most likely, until knockers breaks down.. ..it was always written on the wall once we traded in 206, a year after we recruited krooz and he kicked some goals we thought our kpf future was solved.. ..we're geniuses..

..thing is champ data says that during krooz purple patch lays year after recovering from broken thumb an playing as sole ruck, he was the best all round ruck from rounds 10 to 18, that is a third of the season.. ..factor in he spent another third as fwd ruck relief, and you can imagine how good he could be if given the first ruck outright, for good.. ..which is why we recruited him at pick one, then we complicate it all with trading in knockers on longterm big coin at high trade value , which expedited the loss of Jacobs, a rookie pick so unfortunate but not costly, and then hammer, a late teens pick which is a loss.. ..now, a pick one..which believe was a sound pick, but you don't undo it only a year later to bring in knockers, why? He as less developed than krooz!!..,
