Why is it on Sunday? Makes no sense.

Rich get 8 days coll get 6.

And 5th has a shorter break than 6th going.in to week 2 which is not fair.

Made plans assuming saturday night game and I've been done over!

Can anyone explain this? Is it due to the rugby game at subiaco in week 2??

You mean 8th has a shorter break, don't you?

I'd take the risk, but I don't think we have lost to Richmond when Judd has missed?

We've only lost to them once in the last 10 games so that wouldn't be difficult

So unless Collingwood win by 100 or so points, looks like the title is about right.

@AFL_PKeane: In wk2, Patersons stadium is ONLY avail to AFL on Fri night, meaning match ups of 2v3 & 6v7 both had to be played Saturday, for 6 day break.

A bunch of guys were down this week. We'll be dangerous enough next week. Hendo had a shocker. Likewise Touhy, Kruez, Menzel all very quiet. Inspired selection of Duigan for another game.

The last time we played these assholes in a final was the day Kouta did his knee & their supporters cheered

Yes, I think from memory:

Played 22, Richmond 16 wins, Carlton 5 wins, 1 draw

That is horrendous.

Hope we didn't play our 'Grand Final' against Port Adelaide.

Whilst we beat them last game, I'm not convinced we're much of a chance to beat them next Sunday.

All the pressure is on them IMHO.

First final in years. Playing a side that is 'lucky to be there'. Said side has a very good record against them.

Finals are a different ball game no doubt. But we can trouble them don't worry about that.

I am hoping we obtained some much needed self belief today. Bring that on Sunday with some A grade work rate and intensity, get on top early and hopefully watch them self destruct.

Just make this game as contested as possible. They aren't ranked dead last in the league for tackles for nothing.

No one went near Ellis, Cotchin or Martin last night. Once Dennis goes to Ellis, Curnow to Cotchin & Tuohy to Martin, they'll turn to butter. Shut down their space & play 1 on 1 and we'll go close.

Really want Brock back. The Tigers are his bunnies.

4th elimination final in 5 years. Talk about ageing your supporters.
