Just shows what a rudderless ship we are. Recent losses have finally put the spotlight on us.

Seriously, Ratten & Sticks running the joint. Would either of them be a leader anywhere else?

And WTF is Swann doing?

Eddie will go easy on him, 'cos Sticks is like Bambi. And no-one wants to kill Bambi.

There'll be a couple of hard questions, but then it'll be all matey and whatnot. Eddie likes a big story, but what he likes more is his image as a GoodBloke. That's how he earns his money. Slaughtering sticks would be dead easy, but it wouldn't do much for Ed's brand.

So Sticks in on EMT tonight.

What can we expect? Personally a heap of nothing as I reckon Eddie will be easy on him.

Personally I am sick of hearing he and Ratten are Carlton greats and should be treated as such. What a load of crap. Players yes but they aren't players anymore and are damaging the club. The longer the more the damage.

It is also not about effort. They all try but will they admit the job is too much for them and need to get someone better.

If they are true Carlton people and love the club that much they should both resign!

Probably will rehearse how to fix up his stuff up from yesterday's interview. So he will be reading from a script.

Discussion about Ratts on 360 was interesting.

He'll look like I a dick if he guarantees his contract.

He could guarantee the rest of the year easily if the board was on his side, or Ratts resigns.

Maclure thinks Ratts knows himself that it's all over.

They also discussed the Wallet article how when a bond is broken between the coach and playing group goes, you can't recover whether you think you're at fault or not (Advice from Ian Stewert to Wallet).

Maclure raised the contract renewal as a sign to doubt over Ratts ability as a senior coach.

The best part was the reference to the role of a coach. Is Ratts perceived as GM or CEO which is what the role has pretty much become.

Sticks: Waite isn't as good as Cloke, Ed :screwy:

Why do they keep going on about Waite making such a difference? What has he really ever done?

Eddie listed Bower as a key injury!!

Sticks will stay as President. :banghead:

Can't understand criticism of Ratten.

There are times when the key people are too close and can't see reality. Sticks is one of them.
