"A lot can happen in a year-and-a-half" ... Mmm hopefully no-one else is dangling a carrot at him

Or

Fev gave me a black eye and now he is gone.

I dont agree. I think Murphy everynow and then gets a bit ahead of himself and thats all.

Ok, that's interesting, you could be right. I'm still not convinced though. Once Murph stops hesitating when putting his head over the ball he will be the best player in the comp IMO........that is, until Stephen Hill goes past him. Man can that kid play. :yikes:

I agree with you HB...if Murph played like Simmo he would take the ultimate step.

Richards over at the Swans (ex Bumber) is a vet.
I reckon Murphy is better than Richards
Does that make Murphy better than a vet?

I reckon Murphy is better than most of the vets amongst the 700 players in the AFL.

If Murphy continues to play as he has the last 2 years for the next 10 he will be more than "vet", he'll be a triple premiership legend and only 30yo.

I hope we keep him for 10.

Actually I never thought of that but you're right. That's the kind of attack on the ball I expect from Murph peoples, once he lifts it to the level of Simpson or Judd he'll be unstoppable!!
