According to the HUN, Fox Sport will televise live the Geelong-Carlton semi-final, starting at 7.10pm, with Seven's coverage 90 minutes later.

Yeah I checked the Foxtel tv guide last night and saw that Fox Sports HD will be televising the game at 7 and Seven HD will be televising it later. I thought it was a bit weird too.

Bugger, there goes the bet I put on before the Hawks game for us to win the NAB Cup!

Maybe we could still beat the Cats?

Not bad inclusions. Would love to see how they go. Especially keen to have a proper look at ROK.

Not the worst thing that could happen. A real chance for serious game time for Pfeiffer, Ellard, Joseph(2), Stanton, Hill, O'Keefe and can't wait to see Yarran strut his stuff.

Go Blues!

Okay lets try and make a side out of this squad

B: D.Armfield M.Jamison B.Thornton
HB: P.Bower M.Austin C.Johnson
C: S.Grigg R.Hadley J.Russell
HF: C.Yarran C.Cloke S.Wiggins
F: J.Gartlett M.Kreuzer B.Fisher
OB: S.Jacobs N.Stevens E.Betts
I/C: S.Browne R.O'Keefe S.Hampson J.Anderson J.Edwards D.Ellard A.Joseph G.Bentley

That side is gonna get smashed. Think it would have been smarter to give players turns at having a rest rather then doing it all at once.

i think its brilliant - resting all those stars is a nice big flower you to the afl , the media and the nab cup and at the same time we have already earned $80,000 prize money

its beautiful !!

It could possibly hurt the young players mentally if they get thrashed and feel that they let the Carlton Football Club and supporters down (not that any of us would actually think this of course) or they believe they are not good enough...

really?

thats a bit naive , they aren't precious little petals

i highly doubt that they would feel scarred in any way, the coaching panel would ensure thats not the case

im sure everyone in the club knows where we are at and what we want to achieve out of this game on saturday

Can't wait to see:

Yarran
ROK
Stanton

I'm actually very excited about this game...
if we lose, who cares, got to see the young guys play... if we win, thats an achievement and a half and i'll be over the moon...

win/win
