Pity him - if only his Dad had played ten more games he could have been saved!

His father, John, only played 29 games for Carlton. Also, Lloydy actually barracked for Fitzroy as a kid even though his dad played for the Blues.

Would like to point out that Kouta and Lloydy have said before that they're pretty good mates off-field and Matty did once joke that "Kouta was still in our (Essendon*'s) nightmares" following 1999.

I did think it was a bit of an odd question from Lloydy but I think you guys are overreacting.
When Essendon* signed Lloyd one of the papers had a photo of Lloyd in his bedroom with a lot of Carlton players photos and clippings on the wall and raving on how a strong Carlton supporter he was.

Either it was a setup by the Newspaper for something to write about or he was lying when he said he was a Fitzroy supporter as a kid.

Yep, that's what I relied on.

Lance apparently barracked for Bombers, even though old man a Blue. Whose going to cut me down on this!

I thought that was Waite? Or was it both?

Both players barracked for the Scum despite being sons of former Carlton players.

Shane Whitnall barracks for the Tigers.

only played 29 actually!!!

but we still got outsmarted by Essendon* in the trades they pulled to get him. and i think the old man had the shits with carlton anyway - or thought that we had too many forwards and he wouldn't get a game.

On the plus side, I couldn't help but choke up a little when little Kouta, when asked who is favourite player was NOW, said only "Dad"

Was great to hear the "WHOOF" again when Ang came on :)

This is blatantly untrue.

Matthew Lloyd cannot write.

Look lets cut to the chase,

Lloyd is probably the most hated player in the comp because of the way he plays

If ever there is a bigger stager for frees in the comp, I would like to know

He also can play a bit which adds to the hate factor I am afraid
The harry high pants look the chucking of the grass the pull of the left sock the tug( how approriate) of the sock before the shot on goal and that stupid vacant flower grin on his face every time he kicks one makes me want to throw up

When he first played I thought he was a gun

Lots of pack marks, courage etc

Now he is always looking for the cheap an easy goal

dont worry
He has the captaincy
He has the nice house
He has the gorgeous wife
He gets around 800k a year
He gets his 4 goals a game
Lloyd's content

But dont expect a career in the media because listening to him doing special commnts will be a cure for insomnia

With any luck he will score a directorship on the Essendon* Board after he retires.

Its all about what you have done for the Club to score a Directorship at Essendon*.

Lloyds Goals and David Evans recent elevation as thanks for the ( brief)career opportunity for Jimmy at J.B. Were.

Agro, not for one moment would i think it unusual that Jimmy left JBW after he turned 30. It would be purely co-incidental.

On another matter how old do you have to be to go on the veterans list?

I thought it might be 30, but i could be wrong?
