We have to use the ball a lot better than what we have been doing so far, especailly when delivering to our forwards

Yep, that too.
We still have plenty of work to do, but I'd rather see us do it while we still have the chance of winning prizemoney rather than just having a hack match, er practice match.

I just looked at the AFL site and they say all games are local time, meaning 6.10pm kickoff on the Gold Coast will be a 7.10pm kickoff in Melbourne due to daylight-saving. Hopefully you can still catch the game.

This is awesome.

I'll get to see 3 games this season for the first time since 2001.

..... and yes it will be 2 interstate games in a row that we have more support than the opposition for sure.

I hope that the skill level picks up this week because we certainly look to be getting more of the pill than the opposition. We just need to use it a little better and we'll actually be looking alright.

Would be nice to get this part of the game honed-in before the season proper.

For some reason, I thought Carrara was in Canberra

Mrs terg suggested that my head was elsewhere this weekend .. I thought it was just the euphoria of another win ..

Oh well, I can still listen to it on SEN or whoever wants to carry it .. I just hope we don't have the same problems as we did last weekend.

Hope the boys pack their flippers for the trip.

It's been peehissing down here over the last few days and the forecast is for more of the same up until Saturday.

Upside - we don't have a problem getting the ball, just disposing of it cleanly.
So the wet shouldn't make any difference to us.
