Over to the panic room for you sir.

Lock him in. A disease like this could spread rapidly!

So can we have the teams now, or do we really have to wait until 5pm tomorrow? :garthp:

BRANDON Ellis and Steven Morris will debut in an almost full-strength Richmond team on Thursday night against Carlton at the MCG.

Ellis was drafted by the Tigers with pick No. 15 overall in last year's NAB AFL Draft while Morris was pre-listed by GWS and traded in October.

........

As expected, Carlton has named a line-up without Michael Jamison (back), Robbie Warnock (shoulders), Andrew Walker (quad) and Nick Duigan (knee), but has made the shock move of listing Jeremy Laidler.

Laidler, 22, has been recovering from the dislocated left kneecap he sustained in in a NAB Cup clash with the Western Bulldogs in early March.

He underwent an arthroscope on the knee and was expected to be back playing no later than round three.

He was restricted to walking laps at training on Wednesday with Walker and Marc Murphy, who has been named to start on the ball.

Lachie Henderson and Mitch Robinson - who signed a two-year contract extension on Wednesday - will play their 50th AFL games.

Who actually watches tv for the teams? How much did this stupid clause add to the TV rights? What a joke.

Someone posted in the injury thread earlier today that Laidler will play. Massive addition if true

Sorry 17th, I hope your not serious about this statement.
Like Jack, Waite takes the best defender.
Unlike Jack he plays more mobile, applies more pressure, hardly ever out marked and brings his team mates into the game and alot more agile when the ball is on the ground.
Jack is a good full forward but that's it.
Waite can and has played on ball, KP forward and KP defence.
When Waite is in form ( if you can have a look at last years Geelong game ) I don't think any defender can restrict his output.
Yes he is injury prone.
Yes he has brain fades, but there is no way you could rate Riewoldt better than Waite.
