Am tempted to put a bet on Carlton to be honest. Just have a sneaky feeling!
Essendon* are a well drilled side, but we seem to always step up a notch when we play them.

No Eddie is gonna hurt us, as he always played well against them. But even when we've lost to Essendon* it hasn't been by a great margin. So Carlton @ $2.60 looks pretty good odds.

PS.
Had a ripper of a weekend last week. Had 8 teams in the EPL in an accumulator. Chose 8 teams with correct outcomes. won £298 off a £4 outlay! :thanks: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Connolly's reputation is dirt, not to mention a biased, pathological hatred of this club, so I won't put much stock in what he says.


That said, if this is true I'm glad someone has finally put forward some home truths to the mob running the club. They don't listen to us, maybe they'll listen to their latest Messiah.

Lucas and Graham should be in this side. With Carrazzo coming straight back into the side after playing no pre season games it just smacks of desperation and shows MM has no faith in the depth of the list.

I just can't get my head around all this talk about how bad our list is because I keep looking at this team on paper and just shake my head in disbelief. We aren't that bad on paper.
