True, but maybe knowing they were a premiership chance ment they kept their own attitude in check, but now they they are not.....

I would love to say, "Yep, lets give Voss the job", but I.....

- haven't met him
- haven't seen his CV
- don't know what he's like off the field
- haven't seen what his strategy would be
- don't know what kind of game-plan he'd implement

I only wish I was as informed as some of you in this thread who must, by deduction, have access to this information....

Who Knows!? Voss might love the Roos model and reform us into Sydney Mark 2....... then all you pro-Voss anti-Roos people will look mighty foolish!!!

this thread is re-writing the records on Internet Forum Ill-Informed Academic Posturings, or IFIIAP, as I like to call it

Maybe, but he coached Collingwood too and they couldn't compare to the Brissie team.
Pagan always says that Carey waas his enforcer with the team. I suspect the same goes with Matthews and Voss.

I would love Roos to coach us. Dont think he would though.
I think we know enough about Voss and his character but yeah his tactical knowledge and game plan we dont. Probably you would think he'd follow the Matthews model initially cos thats what he knows. He's smart enough to adapt hopefully

..... interview many people and see if he's the best

Isn't it funny how things change?

I remember on CSC where so many wanted to replace Brittain with Terry Wallace in particular; and then Elliott signed up Pagan.

This created much excitement.....a Premiership Coach who is currently active and versed in the modern game!.....what a coup!

Now.......we're tending to look at virtually untried candidates.....as I said.....things change......only time will tell.

Where are the pro-voss anti-roos people?

You just made that up.

... and your point about having access to CV is intellectually lazy at best.

In fact yours is one of the worst posts in the history of this site.

It's the New Idea of internet posts.

Lazy thinking hiding behind Pseudo intellectualism.

:P

ahh good point..... from now I on I will refer to academic posturing as "Jarusaing", as per the recent update to Websters......

alright, I must confess, I didn't re-read every post to try and find a Pro-Voss anti-Roos post....

BUT there are some anti-Roos people, and pro-Voss people.... so I just put 2 and 2 together.....

Voss would be able to relate to Whitnall as a fellow bloodnut and tranform him into a 198cm, athletic, 80 goals a year, CHF enforcer with immaculate media skills.
