Pauly, Luke and I were all walking funny on Sunday, it wouldn't have been to bad if we didn't choose to go get some food on Oxford St.

I told you blokes to stay away from Oxford street.

Hey wasn't there some talent at the footy yesterday - You got to love this warm weather and I dont know what it is but so many women follow the swans

It was a top day, thanks to all for turning up, especially Clint and Pauly, Luka and Gez.

Next year, I expect to see Camelboy too!

I'm still getting people ringing me saying how much fun they had and how much they enjoyed meeting everyone. Bring on 07! I say we start organising next year's match as soon as the fixture comes out!

After yesterdays game I'm campaigning the AFL to not fixture us Sydney games in future

i'm still sore in the legs today.

gee that was fun thouugh.

dur to it being 12 a side there were loose men everywhere and open spaces aplenty. too much running required!

clint thanks for setting us up with those two goals.

clints last two goals were classic, to wrap up the match.

i had a great view of paulo's MOTY!

shame a few more swannies didn't show. 15 a side would have been nice.

robert and clay mopped up everything down back and rob had several hard ball gets, often out numbered.

syd was a rock down back also.

i had a blast and cant wait for the next game i make it too, whenever that is.

As I said when we came off for two-third time (:P) - "Every part of me feels absolutely [REDACTED], except the one part I'd want to be..." Like so many others, my legs still aren't right.

Top marks to Deano, for taking the time to teach me how to actually kick a footy. :)

My one and only pair of shoes are black leather "school" shoes. Oh boy they were fun to play in...

Verbs said something about "Fullmont as ruckman? Let me guess, anyone taller than Fullmont couldn't jump?" - No, anyone taller than Fullmont was subconded to the other team ;)

I got in there and had a decent go, if I may say so myself. Considering I've never played the sport before, and how close I came to getting myself a goal, it was pretty sweet :)

Well that was fun.

First game of footy I’ve played in 5 years and it didn’t half show… :garthp: Still, at least we beat those 5 or 6 Swans who showed up.

Whoever the bloke was with the red hair and red singlet was probably their best – and guess who was given the task of running with him at the start? About 5 minutes in I decided to stuff it and play a Jason Cloke style loose backman, only manning up when someone got close enough to me.

I think I had about 2 touches all game, one of which was a kick out from a behind. The other one hit its target and set up a goal but. :)

Best on our side as far as I could see were Clint (BOG), Pauly who provided a forward target, Mark and Rob who kept zipping around the midfield, Luka who was another strong forward target, Sydney Blue who the best defender out there and Gez, just because he was Gez. :P

And Eliot, how about that pic of Gonz looking totally out of it? Best picture EVA

That was my mate Shaun. He was pretty damn nimble, wasn't he? His mate Chris was good too....

Damn straight! If you can find a size 15 pair of runners, that's birthday & christmas presents for the next 20 years you can take credit for :)
