Physio says I have inflamed my ligaments in my knee..... I might be touch and go to play. He reckons 9 weeks from first injury, which was in the last game, believe it or not.... well, I have exercises etc so I might be right to play.. see how we go

Yeah, I'll definitely go along to the match... even if I'm "broken", I might be able to play a bit.. Physio reckons I can get an ultrasound or brace etc for the game. Should be ok....

a written coaches log that has the times each player is on the field? for example, john citizen plays first 3 quarters and comes off 10 mins into last quarter...
