That last quarter fadeout against the Brions could be costly in hindsight. Should have won by 60+.

Anything above $1.90 is value as far as I'm concerned.

how weird, would that make the Aints favourites against us last round? In a two horse race this is good value.

I suppose if you multi'd Roos over Fremantle into us over St Kilda you'd probably get around $2.80.

In practice, I like it.

Yep, they lose next week and could face the eagles in Perth for an elimination final if results go to plan, they need to keep winning to ensure a home final
If North lose to Freo they risk missing alltogether if they get beaten by GWS, however unlikely (more likely than Freo getting done at home by Melb anyway).

Norf arent good enough or had enough success to flirt with form - scott doesnt strike me as a man that would contemplate doing so - reckon norf will smash dockers at Etihad
Having said that we need to play not like we did against GWS but like we did against Bummers

Does anyone else feel uneasy about relying on North to beat Freo?

I know that they have been playing well (nine wins out of 10) and could get some good players back but I'm just not comfortable. Freo have as much to play for as us and Ross Lyon is a smart, experienced coach who won't give North the freedom they like. North have also been "up" for a while so they are probably due a bit of a "downer"...I just don't trust them. Hope I'm wrong...

Not overly confident with beating StKilda either. :donk:

I'm confident that if it comes down to beating St Kilda to get in, we'll do it.

I just don't trust North Melbourne to do the right thing by us.

The good news is will know exactly how much will need to beat StKilda by with Fremantle having played Melbourne the day before.
The bad news is we do have to depend on Kangaroos to beat Fremantle. That does worry me.
Bloody Collingwood lost on purpose ..... running scared they are.

Yes they have mate. We play Sunday. Fremantle play Sat night. AFL predicted Fremantle would play finals, hence the Saturday schedule for them.

I'm sure Norf will do their best but their backs aren't against the wall so there is a small risk that their players already have an eye on the finals.

I'd say the only risk would be them trying to preserve themselves for their final. It happens.

They will want a home final at worst. Don't rule out the Pies over West, they have good interstate form.

I am confident of North beating Fremantle, particularly if the Pav doesn't play or even if he does he can't be right.

North are playing great footy at their favorite stadium and may get Wells back. They should smack Fremantle.

This is option A for me.

Their only forward target hobbled means they will still try to play the same system but he'll be unable to compete fully and it will also mean he can't provide forward defensive pressure.

Good point about Pav - is only running at about 70%. Freo will definitely play him but risk stuffing him up (and themselves) for the season.

Hopefully everything falls apart for Freo and Norf do a demolition job (Would feel happier if Lyon wasn't coaching Freo though - don't trust him to play ball)

An interesting fact just stated by KB is that if we finish on exactly the same percentage as Freo (assuming the same wins) we get 8th because we defeated them earlier in the season.

What if Geelong lose both.
Dogs emotional send off for the retirees then Swans
They would likely miss
that would be interesting
