There have been issues with this group of players for a while now.

Fisher is a dead set pea heart. Never puts his body on the line and only decides to put in once every 2 weeks. He has not improved as a footballer for years.

Too many plodders in the midfield.

Playing favourites.

Playing TDK to appease him in a contract year.

Playing too many talls.have to appease the Silvagnis also.

Playing injured players.

I suggested a mini rebuild about 2 years ago

It should have happened.

This list is not taking us to a premiership

It has all the hallmarks of a mid table team. That’s it.

Look at St.kilda.
This is as much on the coaches as anything else.
We don't have a unique game plan that has changed the game and caught other teams off guard.
And in any event the coaches are there to motivate also.
