Unfortunately Laidler is just out of form. Bell and Bootsma cost us the game in the last - they were AWFUL. So no great shock really.

This is just so wrong. We lost last week because we allowed Collingwood to chip and pass twenty metres all over the ground to an unmarked player. Then when we dod get it, we just banged it long and hard to a contest. It was just so dumb. Malthouse should have gone man on man when they changed their game but he was out coached by Buckley in that quarter.

Mate out boys ran out of legs if you were at the game it's as simple as that

Who are the 2?
I thought the leadership group was
Murph
Carrots
Simmo
Waite
Duigan

Duigan being the only one out due to lack of form

Ah yes lets get the detail right... allow me to correct myself----> What's hard to swallow is that 1 officially nominated leader isn't playing due to lack of form, an additional 1 non officially nominated leader is in the same situation, and another 1 officially nominated leader is out due to constant injury.

Changes little in the context of where the team is at and where it has come from. :smoking:

Desperately want to get the win. Will be watching very closely and hope we can get the job done. Going to be very tough though I suggest.

Essendon* will be 3-0 and we will be 0-3

If that alone can't motivate them, we're [REDACTED].

How many here are going tonight? I got tickets on level 1.
Not overly confident about this game, hopefully Murphy will have a good game and get some of the media off his back.
Will be interesting to see how we play Etihad under Malthouse, he had the boundary line at Visy Park changed to be the same dimensions as Etihad to practice the game plan.
We beat this mob a few years ago twice so it is possible, maybe Geelong can lose a close game for once.

I have a 3rd son to disprove that theory.

Never beaten them there. Maybe for once we can hunt instead of being hunted.

After watching the first two games, I think that MM might be working through plans and players.

I'm sure he wants to win but it could be that, in MM's opinion, the points come after the process and he might be prepared to give the points away.

I reckon we could be disappointed more often than not this year.

Cats by 40.

I've tipped us, based on logic they can't keep getting out if jail and we are improving from what I've seen.

If they give us a start like they did north and Hawthorn, they won't catch us.
