What is his role on the field?

What position does Russell play?

What are his strengths and what are his weaknesses?

How is he no better than Bannister, Houlihan, Browne, Armfield, Yarran, Garlett, Cloke, O'Hailpin and Johnson.

I like that side but would have played Joey over Bentley. Forward line still looks to top heavy against a hard running side. Not sure what Rattens obsession with Bentley is

I dont get Anderson being named emergency again.. Just play him ffs.

On SEN last night they were saying how quite a few clubs were tracking Joey's progress and there has been a bit of interest.

At this rate why would he want to stay?

If we lose this game then Ratten needs to be held accountable and its becomes obvious that he is not the right man for the job if it already isnt.

I can only hope our Half Forward line grow an extra leg as pace might be an issue!

Bentley... :screwy: I'm wondering who he will be tagging...
Russell...what can I say??? Another stopper/tagger?
Johnson...last time I watched him was against the dogs... :yikes:

Yeah nah I'm happy with the selections actually... not much else available and it makes no difference anyway. Geez we lack depth...I'd like to see the ins and outs in the coaches box though as those will have more impact on the match...

The doggies game he injured his groin and tried to play on with it.

Johnson's kicking skills is what we so need right now. Our kicks out of defense are putrid

With the Bullants playing on Sunday one of the emergencies will be going over to WA. Anyone have any idea who it is? I hope it's not Yarran as I'd prefer him to play in the Ants as I'm pretty sure they have a bye next week.

Why? I'd rather Cloke misses the Bullants instead of Yarran.

You're joking aren't you? Let's compare Yarran, Browne, Armfield and Garlett after they've played 60 games like Russell has, not now :screwy:

Disgrace.

What message does this send to Joey and others that perform in the ants then guys like Russell and Bentley get selected.

Joe Anderson should and deserves to be playing this weekend in Perth.

Happy with the team. Hopefully Bents is used as a "blocker" for Judd.

Nice mix of youth & experience, and a fair bit of run.....

We'll smash 'em

I saw Bentley & Johnson play 2 weeks in a row for the Bullants against Willy & Casey.

How they get a game before Stevens & Scotland (even if they had commited murder) is Mind-Boggling :donk:

I cannot believe after being 6 and 7 that Joe Anderson doesnt warrant a spot in the team.

I mean, he's the Wonderkid?

Bentley ahead of Yarran, well, can live with that.

But, FFS, Johnson ahead of Ando. :banghead: Gutted for him, just the kid we need in the heat of battle (read Gabba last year). His run @ Subi would have been valuable too.

Amazing.
