Phillips - 1 week
McKay - ticking all the boxes - running and light skills - scan end of May.

As AGRO is alluding to, Casboult was mentioned and is 3 weeks away as well.

McKay listed as 4 weeks.

The only one missing was Gallucci, who I assume is still out for the season.

The Round 10 update from last weeks has Gallucci in it:

Keen to see an update on Sumner / Wright...

I think Levi and Kreuz might be tracking a bit better than that.

They are genuinely playing games with the injury release times to mess with the opposition, aren't they?

Marc Murphy had further scans on ankle today, bit of a concern ... Highly unlikely this week, could miss a few @7NewsMelbourne
Syndesmosis issue for Murphy, or high ankle sprain. In some cases can be 8 week injuries .. Blues hoping lower end .. We will know all Wed

The 'good' news more recently is that we've been going down with contact injuries rather than soft-tissue or injuries through training, so full credit to the necessary departments after I harped on about our long-standing issues a month or two back.

The Age says three weeks at best

http://www.theage.com.au/afl/carlton-bl ... p8dbo.html

They also say we've had a blessed run with injuries...

Murphy - Ankle - TBD (The Age reporting that we think it's at least 3)
Sumner - Foot - Test
Boekhorst - Wrist - 2 weeks (training in cast)
C.Curnow - Glandular Fever - 3 weeks (best case scenario for playing return)
Phillips - Hamstring - Test (training well)
McKay - Back - 3 weeks
Byrne - Calf - Test (a little slower than expected but coming around)

So Sumner is his foot and not ankle.

Wonder if that's why he was looking a bit despondent when the siren went on Sunday.

Hopefully it's not too bad.

Sore foot but no injury showing up.....doesn't sound good since he's had foot issues prior to starting with us this year.

What is it with Dangerfield & Murphy?

Was it 4 years ago a Dangerfield hip & shoulder put Murphy out the of action with a broken collarbone.
And now his foot.

Actually last year Dangerfield from finished Judds career in a marking contest.

He is dangerous and we owe him big time!

Get over it. Dangerfield risks his own body as well. I am sure murph isn't sitting at home shooting a nail gun into dangers straw replica either. Both tough as nails
