Murphy has been great. He is showing some leadership tonight. Even had a crack at the push up king. Problem is Murphy knows that nobody would be tough enough to help him.

I've been saying it for years we need to employ a bloomin psychologist for our mediocre recruiting department .......just because you are a lovely young man who has insight and a nice easy going personality......does not mean you will make a premiership team. We need a mix...we barely have anyone on the list who is captain material let alone a leadership 'group'.

We need some self assured arrogant and confident young men who look within themselves to find inspiration not ones that look towards others and get affected by the group...we are severely lacking in this department and we'll go no where until we make some big big changes regarding recruitment.

That's part of it.
