Cazzeman’s points are relevant and valid but what he clearly doesn’t understand is that you have to be human.
You have to do with care and understanding
You also have to be tough and make hard decisions

You also have to be a member to have a say.
You're not. If you were keen to make a difference, you would have stuck your hand in your pocket instead of shouting from the cheap seats.

Get out! Trev's not a member! How's it go? I am shocked to be sitting here?

FWIW Luke, the non human, was awarded an Order of Australia for his "significant service to business, to people with a disability, and to the community"

I am tipping there's a human in there somewhere

So close, just so close.

I was a member until around 2012 when I realized that we were on the road to nowhere with this board
Anyone replaced is obviously cut from the same cloth
So far given the last nine years it’s a good move dont you think

You shouldn’t have to be member if you think it’s a lost cause

I would do even if I could only go to one game as I live in Busselton , Western Australia

But since Malthouses appointment I think I haven’t bothered for the reasons I have outlined
I’ll sign up if this takeover is a better option IMO

I know Sayers has a child with a disability. Good on him for supporting the cause.

Doesn’t mean he is like that when he parks the car at Prinnie Park he is that sort of guy

And there have been many famous people who won awards who ended up with a few skeletons in the ol closet exposed.
Rolf Harris clearly had an extra problem with an
extra leg.
Don’t take that the wrong way . Just highlighting the captain obvious
What I’m getting at and again it’s down to a life of experience
People can be very different on the home front compared to the work place
If you didn’t know that you need to get out more

Incidentally Cazzeman I know your a music fan
I play in a duet over here
http://Www.Facebook.com/vicandpearlmusic
You can log on and throw darts at the computer screen
Oh yeah she is a female
I wanted to have a female singer not because they might be easy on the eye ( that is a bonus) but for all the reasons I mentioned including one I forgot to mention
Less ego
And we go alright
Don’t expect you to “ like” us

I had a look on his Youtube channel but couldn't find the interview with Diesal he referenced.

If anyone can find the link please post it.

I get paid to see past what is spoken and to read more from body language to get the intention of the communicator in question.

I'm going to comment on Sayers presser for fun.

He leans forward - confidence/intimidation.

He stares at Little when he talks - more intimidation.

His eye contact is intense - confidence.

His eyebrows are raised and his brow wrinkled - he is a good listener and thinks while listening.

He uses his arms and hands and body a lot - wants to communicate clearly and be convincing.

His facial expressions and his body language match what he says - honesty.

When he speaks there are no sideways glances unless he is thinking - honesty/openness

He touches his face, fidgets, glances sideways and looks down right uncomfortable when Little talks - Doesn't respect Little at all and wants to answer the question himself.

I think he is a straight shooter and won't suffer glad hands. I think he won't be afraid of making decisions. His openness suggests to me he will listen and consider others ideas and points of view. His confidence and intimidation suggests to me he won't appreciate being undermined or lied to and will demand respect and want to be the decision maker.

Little is insipid.

Little Liddle.

You missed Sayers scratches his head whilst talking. He says "For right Now, Lloyd and Liddle will deliver the Recommendations of the Review". Was the scratching i read the silent footnote after making that comment, and I thought I could read something like.... " except sack you 2 as the Review recommended, till you have implemented 23 of the 24 Recommendations" :sly:

So reading this I could get

spat the dummy in 2012
I make assumptions that suit my argument
then I throw dirt to confirm my assumptions

I hire a female cos I am a great guy
and she looks good
and she doesn't want much of a say in how things run.

I could, but I have this habit of not taking things at face value and not going with gut instinct. Both lead to weird thoughts like the earth is flat.

Wow....
I had no conscious insight like that... Just that the video was 'weird' and, as I said, Liddle looked like he should be wearing an orange jump suit...

Seems the view is that something going on....

Go Blues
