Is that injury #20 or #21? Lost count. Then you have those playing injured. Durds to go down in 1st half guaranteed, but we'll probably need Moir's height, que sera sera.

That a bit harsh Bluewave. We travelled to Perth with virtually 3, 1st gamers. Plenty of our top tier players out. Hardly anyone to choose from. We lost Durdin, MGovern during the game too.

WC came to play at one of the hardest grounds in Geelong, against a full side with plenty to play for.

I think we did very well with the personnel we had.

You are right ... just upset with the way the season has gone. Hoping for the best ... but just dont feel optimistic at all ... hope I am wrong.

We hear where your comin " from . Cheer up mate , we are still in it .

We haven't won a final round match since 2013. 2014 was a draw. Going for 10 final round losses in a row. That is such a Carlton stat.

I gave up on the season after Hawthorn. Last week gave hope, but Jesus... just end it

They would still want to win. At the moment they are 2nd but only with a 2% buffer. I haven’t done the math but a lose could mean they drop to 3rd as their % will be impacted.

Not true.

If they lose & drop 2% they drop below Geelong & have to travel

i bet that’s what RossLyon is telling the Saints about the blues

this is Lyons’ 2024 Grad Final… he’ll be wanting this win so badly.

with all the prior games of the round not going our way the stakes can’t get higher. Can we handle theHeat like we did second Half of last year? (admittedly coming from way behind too many times!)

And if we beat the Lions then we play either GWS/Swans in Sydney the following week.

If they lose 70 - 91 to freo, that's the 2%

How much do they need to lose by to give up the home final?
I reckon they will still want to win to ensure they get the home final.

Can someone explain to me why Fantasia has to be rushed back in. What does he offer? What has he done that was so special when he has been in. Voss playing favs again. I would rather the young ones stay in but obviously they will be the 1st ones out.

And what happens if Saad, and Curnow get re-injured early and we play short again.

I dont get us. Our match committee doesnt trust young people.

If he plays another year i’d be disappointed, but not surprised given Voss/MC preferencing him overYouth.

:donk:

Noticed Hodge is backing Saints too.

Last week we were ythe underdogs against a bottom 4 team and won by 10 goals.

I guess we like the underdog position. We have a great record as the underdog

Hawks used WC as witches hats. our win by 50 odd doesn’t mean a lot even though It was an important win in the context of our shocking form slump. hopefully a turning Point for the rest of 2024 season   — Go Blues!!!
