yeh i wacthed several times as well. i am glad mick mentioned they will look at tape and see where they can improve, cos we did get a bit lucky in last 2 mins with a few poor disposals that could have cost us. lucky shuey missed the last one.

go blues

And from senior players. Robbo couldn't execute a 20m pass to Menzel, with 90 seconds to go. And Waite went into defense in the dying minutes and couldn't kick either...

Basics of football, year in year out same offenders. I have more faith in Ellard kicking a goal or passing the ball over 20m. But then again Ellard isn't a protected species at the club, and values honesty and hard work. No wonder MM keeps playing him.

Elim final last year didn't do it for ya?

I prefer to focus on the serious issues that were exposed the following week against the Swans. Beating the tigers who literally shit themselves in the second half was not really a big achievement.

The worst finals performance by a carlton team that I can remember.

Seems as though everyone at the club ignored that game and so it shouldn't surprise anybody that we started this year zip from 4.

@#$%&! dude - loosen up, it's only footy  .

The Swans final was diabolical, I still shudder thinking about McVeighs 22 possessions in a quarter..... A flower quarter

Maybe so - but I was at the G the week before and I can't remember a feeling like that after a game. I was also at the Scum game a few weeks previous and that feeling was far worse than the Swans game.

I enjoyed the finals win, I also enjoyed the Essendon* game where we smashed them into little tiny pieces.

But on the weekend, that win was next level. We haven't gutsed out a hard win -- it feels like anyway -- since the mid 90's. We had every reason and more to throw in the towel, but two kids and a new guy got us up (Daisy's smother, Bucks & Menzel's goals) with alotta G&D all over the ground.

I'm almost inspired to buy a 150th guernsey.

the reason why u felt worse after Essendon* is because you dont pay attention to the main problem that needed to be rectified and that was the swans game.
not fixing the swans game is far worse and a big picture man would understand that.
small picture blokes dont get it.
humiliated by a winged swans with a prelim carrot at stake >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> humuliated by Essendon* in a normal round match of footy.especially when u didnt heed the warnings of the real match of footy 6 months earlier

just goes to show how you think about your footy...... and what it means to u

There aren't many great big picture people in this trivial corporatised materialistic world of ours.

It is forbidden to be a visionary in today's world

This is exactly how Mr Wayne wants it....

I was thinking how great it would be if there was an editing device
as part of the Fox package.
You could cut up your own highlights package, and it wouldn't take up too much room for longer term storage.
