I would love to see Sticks get the job. I would hate to lose him now that he is stepping down as president.

Should be upset Geelong's transition plan and go for Steve Hocking?

Western Sydney wanderers CEO in line for the job. Waiting list for membership. Started club from scratch. Given we suck at fan engagement he could be a good candidate. 2nd biggest revenue in the a league after only 2 years existence. List goes on.

I'd much prefer someone from outside AFL.

Agreed on those points.
IMO He is not a CEO though.
He also wouldn't want the job.

Think about it yourself.
Would you give up a plum media job on part time hours for a hard job working full time + overtime?
That's my reasoning.

Come on Dane, he can kick goals. Isn't that what we need? We need to reach our goals. Wasn't our goal to win 5 premierships in 10 years? Dunstall through the art of kicking goals will help us reach that goal

If he fails, put him in the forward line.

If I was a competitive person offered the opportunity at a club like Carlton, yes I would.

Roos did.
And that was to coach the Dees or all Clubs.
Anyway, Dunstall was a Blues supporter as a kid lol

Over qualified

Surely Synbad is in the mix and they are reviewing his cv right now with his vast array of knowledge of what is wrong with the club and how to move forward :)

Are you prepared to take a pay cut, or are your duties helping out with rewriting the club song too intensive that the club won't release you?

All the way with Tricky Micky Darth Vader Dr Strangelove!

He is about to prove that 1 premiership in 18 years was no fluke ...

Another Collingwood CEO would be perfect for the coach of the millenium!
