Start with the captain, poncing around in his little helmet going nowhere near the contested ball. Looks like a bitch of Marsellus Wallace proportions.

maybe he thought his mere presence on the field would inspire the team?

we don't have enough midfield depth

simple as that

sorry because he tries but until Curnow remains in the team we are going nowhere

can't afford to have VFL standard players in the team

It's days like this when the coach earns his money. They are down by four goals, which is nothing in the modern era but he has to do something to turn the clearances around. Put some hard bodies in the mix. Put Touhy in the centre. Put Robbo on the ball. DO SOMETHING!!!

Kreuzer started out like he was going to have a BOG performance but he was losing the hitouts to Hudson. HUDSON!!

We had a couple of forward fifty entries only that quarter, generated by our losing so many clearances. Then they killed us for run.

Having Waite out hasn't helped because it has allowed Reid to go forward and put our backline out of balance but that wouldn't matter if we were getting the ball out of the centre.

In my opinion, the next thirty minutes will shape the immediate future of this club. Not the last thirty. If they just capitulate, I'd just put the broom through the entire list, starting with Gibbs.

The biggest injury free run Waite has had was when he was the floating defender and running off half back, and did OK. When he is over this injury, whenever that may be, he should go back there. Then work out who can be a forward.

Wasn't that where he was playing when he did his knee?

If it was then the best place for him is sitting on the interchange bench. Can't get too hurt there

Yeah McInnes is the one positive... I'll ignore the couple of times he's been beaten on the lead, he's shown some good signs and his goal was the highlight of the game.

Hey Tom Waterhouse, if my team is up three quarter time and loses, I'll happily take it out on you

The Carlton football club are like a Bus, full of passengers, or maybe jellyfish, spineless.

Mick forget teaching them the process, teach them how long the game goes for.
