Yarran has been very poor defensively. Stands so far off his opponent

There's a perfect case in point right there. Simpson tackled and surrounded by FOUR Bulldogs, all our guys were standing a good 5m away waiting either for him to SOMEHOW get the ball out, or for the ump to come in and bounce/give him a free. Sure enough, they get the ball and kick a goal.

WC did it to us, and so did Saints. Its the best way to beat us, but the Tiges were incapable of delivering last week. Sure you may give up a few frees but no biggie - most of the frees will be missed.

This.
A bet on the ineptitude of the umpires to miss these tactics is a safe one.

The boys must have thought they'd just turn up this week, after winning by 100. Doggies thumped us last year and would have loved their chances. A recipe for a loss if ever I've seen one.

All we have to do is kick 4 goals to one and we win.
