One of Wiggins, Russell or Browne needs to run through Doughty and have him off on a stretcher. Take the suspension on the chin, it'll be worth it.

He'd miss and take out one of our blokes.

I think that pub you were talking about earlier is a good option.

Was actually planning to go to next week's game. Not going to waste my money. Absolutely disgraceful.

Yes, too many players are not switched on and contributing at all, and Waite is missing, but I'd be interested to hear from those defending Ratten at this point:

- do you believe the structure and gameplan to be a positive one?

- is Ratten not responsible for this structure and gameplan?

- is it not the job of the coach and his staff to prepare players mentally for the match at hand?

- what has Ratten done to change things from what looked all too clearly a losing strategy from the first minutes of the match?

The funny thing is a couple of years ago this was how a game against Carlton went.
First big loss for the year and people want to raze Princes Park and lynch the entire football department, players included.

Looks like expectations are getting back up there.

............and Adelaide are crap too

This is a sad joke, and the season is over right here. Very embarrasing. Will be interesting to see what our club "leaders" do at half time. Why the flower didn't we just go with a "normal" structure ???

:hitcomputer: :garthp:   :? :banghead:

I'm unhappy the wonderful percentage we've built up we're blowing. We'll win some, lose some all year but that percentage was most handy separating us from the pack.

Colbert now saying Waite felt the back of his knee twinge and we'll need to wait for scans. He won't back today, obviously.

lucky the defense held up a touch... should be down by 11-12 goals.

general play its the players fault... but the setups from the kick-ins and such has to be pointed towards the coach.

winning games > percentage

I know that's obvious, but we need a positive win/loss ratio before anything else.

His commentary today has illustrated why he failed as a coach.
