Make an appointment here: (03) 9387 1400

If you're that frustrated here's your chance.

In reality, you'd be surprised how many from the club read here, and I know for a fact at least one very senior person reads the forum regularly.

Were we in the draft? No. We were forced to recruit recycled players due to an ageing list and money hungry, lazy and selfish players.

The list is 10 times as good. It is way better now than it was when Pagan arrived. Back then we were relying on youngsters like Mathews, Beasy, Sporn, Davies to take the next step.

Now we have players like Gibbs & Murphy to lead the way into the future.

At the time, without hindsight, did you think Mathews, Beasy, Sporn and Davies wouldn't take the next step?

Murphy and Gibbs may be of a different class, but we've many kids that I think we'd have similar hopes of to the above. So what went wrong? Did we fail these kids or are we just hoping to be more lucky this time around?

That's my concern. Maybe the kids need more support than we're able to offer at the moment. What if all this great talent we have doesn't develop properly?

Yes we do have a better list, that tends to happen when you are consistently a bottom side. You end up with great draft picks/players.
But lets not pretend it is due to good management. We are recieving handouts.

Doubtful that its only senior people at the club reading here either. At least a few journo's getting their scoops 8) and probably someone from the AFL monitoring all fan sites on the net.

Might want to think about the impression we're creating next time we're imitating Richmond supporters

There would be at least one full time administrator paid to investigate the content of Talking Stuff thoroughly.

I reckon a quick read of talkingstuff would convince board members of the the security of their positions at the club

I guess the Challenge inside the Board is over.

Maybe they could play 5 a side soccer with 1 sub now to make decisions.
