Observations:

1. Gibbs has been a much bigger loss that people are willing to admit.

2. We have an impotent mid-field.

3. No one is capable of helping Cripps.

4. We have no spread and run on the outside.

5. We have no plan B or C.

6. Decision Making is horrendous.

7. I am still hopeful Bolton will bring this all together ... but from the outside it looks like he has lost the players.

8. We should never have got rid of Ratten.

9. Donald Trump is unhinged.

Actually pretty impressed with Macca for a change there, and good to hear a bit of passion when questioned.

Only problem was that drunken clod soapboxing at the end.

Bolton has failed the players, it's that easy.
There is no system, no team work, no love, no work ethic and mass confusion.
They don't know who or how to defend and have no focal points going forward.
The players are been treated like robots and it has drained all their enthusiasm from the game.
Bolton needs to throw out this bull~!@#$ game plan and go back to basics, nothing else will work and all the metaphors in the world won't save this year and even cause serious damage to the future.

Dumb

I'd like to know why they stuck with Bruce as defensive line coach after Docherty went down. Take your two best playmakers out, and you're left largely with a group mostly under 50 games experience each. Unfair to both the new bloke at the club and the backline group to try and make do with each other, despite a lack of unfamiliarity. Surely it would have been prudent to give an incumbent assistant the role for the year (Barker for arguments sake) and review later in the year?

Now left with two senior assistants clearly hunting a senior coaching position elsewhere given far too much leeway to do what they've had success with elsewhere, and a not-so-senior coach without the necessary tenure or club backing to do as his job suggests.

Who knows from the outside? But I too am far more concerned with our Defensive coach than I am with Bolton. Because despite the tinkering with ball movement and injuries, we've gone from a strong defensive unit to a broken one. Presumably Bruce has to carry some responsibility. Both Jones and Weitering look lost out there as well.

What do you expext when we have Tom Williamson, Sam Docherty, Caleb Marchbank, Alex Silvagni and Ciaran Byrne all on the sidelines.
