My highlight against Port was Cripps' spearing tackle on the wing.

My highlight yesterday was Rowe's tackle on Bartel forcing him out of play when it appeared they were on for a goal.

Great to see.

That tackle happened right in front of us. The whole bay just stood and applauded.

Imagine!!!

Ahhh it feels good to be a blue blagger again....went to my local mixed business this morning only to see Dennis Armfield on the front of the Age and some blue boys on the front of the HS....I remember the days of buying the paper and having that Carlton swagger seeing the write ups ....Ahhh to have it all beginning again.

Was watching the game with my other half yesterday and I was so relaxed in the final 6-8 minutes of the game and I just muttered ..."I don't believe it" and he's like like "what, that things are going right for you?" I'm like "yep".

This club means so so much to me.

Chris Scott is such a sore loser we call him Serena in our house. Not because he's Brad's twin but because he never, ever, ever ever acknowledges the opposition when Cats lose. It's always we weren't switched on, we missed targets we we me me... well Serena you did get beaten by a side that poured on pressure and Geelong couldn't handle it. Suck it up Princess.

You can add to that our champ Crippa outmarking wonderboy Danger on the 50 line in the last quarter.

I watched his presser and thought what a pretentious, condescending figjam this bloke is.

I think our last win over a side in the top 4 was Round 15 2012 against the Pies. Almost four years ago!

Motlop cleared of hitting Tuohy in the nuts. "No forceful contact...".

Apparently they X-rayed Motlop's knuckles and there was no significant damage.

Touhy has balls of steel.

Giving an opponent's fist a walloping with your orbs should be reportable every day of the week.

I had my doubts last week but Bolton you are a genius.
2 rotations down since 1/4 time one being Murphy.
This is the Carlton I grew up as a kid watching

The Carlton we grew up watching was a class above and won on talent. I don't think they won with this much determination, pressure and will to win.

We've never seen this.

I didn't think I could be much prouder of the playing group after the Port win, but this tops it. Couldn't be there this time, but pressure, grit, belief and will to win got 'em over the line. Oh, and some good old fashioned mongrel too, that hasn't been said about a Carlton side for a long time. As against Port we just wanted it more, there will be a few shame faced Cats after watching the tape.

Not sure if this has been mentioned...

Imagine being one of these guys with potential that are either injured or playing in the twos.

The impact wins like this should have on them will be enormous.

McKay, Curnow, Jaksch, Gowers, etcetera should be busting a decent nut for a crack at being part of that action.

Get on board boys, if you're good enough.

Form in the seniors should build depth in the twos on desire alone.

The reported attitude toward rehab by Kreuzer and Casboult typifies this desire.

Bigger picture is that Bolton is building a reputation of maximising talent.... Opposition players will want to play for him and Carlton will once again be a club of choice... Strap yourself in, this could turn around very quickly, it already has started
