We said yesterday the club announcement was a stupid move. Look how its blown up now.

The club needs to come out and say the following.

Mick is correct in stating that we really dont need two weeks to decide his future. We will not be renewing his contract.

Carlton will begin the process to determine who will be coaching for 2016 and onwards immediately.

Mick is contractually bound to coach for the remainder of the season and we would like him to do so.

The board directs the coaching staff to coach for the development of our young talent. They should be given every opportunity to fast track their development for future years. We expect mick to follow the boards direction as he is contractually required.

Then let mick @#$%&! himself over like the petulant shit he clearly is.

If he wont follow boards direction his contract should be terminated on the basis that he wasn't performing his duty.

Then sack the board as we should have said nothing yesterday.
