it's all about effort.

this group of guys isn't a bottom four side.

Coaching is the least part of it
No Key position players
Ageing Midfield
No run off half back

I would like to be an optimistic but bottom 4 next year at least. If we do everything right - 5 years to get to top 4. Maybe 10
Stop deluding yourself

the sky isn't falling.

Doesn't take talent to:
Block
Shepherd
Have set plays from :
Stoppages
Kick ins
Frees at 55m out
Ball ups when our ruck will win
Sending the runner out when a player is always in the wrong spot
Moving players to their 'best' position especially when getting killed

Do you want me to go on....????

Yes.
Was impressively combative last week. Really showed enthusiasm for the battle and was physical and verbal.
Unfortunately don't recall if he got any kicks but a good effort by the kid.

I want to see him given a go but please not as a tagger. Actually I don't want to see any tagging. I'd even like to see how Curnow can go as an inside mid. Is certainly tough enough and has the engine.

How does he explain the 2 years before that of crap?

..buggered knee isn't it..?.. ..he's had lower leg issues last couple of years.. ..oh yeah, and smashed in face each year too.. ..I cut Murphy some slack cos he gets smashed every week of every season with us, and has been playing injured since 2012,, ditto Judd.. ..our only two genuine top shelf full time mids, midfield drop in form is because no one steps up after them.. ..gibbs lifted last year, but now injured.. ..doubly so.. ..but in every part of the ground, too much is left to too few..

It's the fault of the Madhouse... why not, everything else is.

I know they never line up as selected.
I know the traditional positions of Centre, Ruck Rover and Rover no longer exist.

But, Cripps would have to be the tallest player ever named as Rover

I wonder if we'll persist with our policy of having a late change to the team.

It's really fooled the opposition over the last 2.3 years
