Good.

The only concern in that article is membership numbers. We are so far behind Hawthorn, Essendon*, Richmond and Collingwood it's ridiculous.

We should never have sacked Fev and lost half our supporters.

We should get Fev back as another mascot or runner or something to get some more bums on seats

Keep the heritage jumper for sure. The other one was so plane Jane and boring....Not to mention weak. It's time to leave those days behind.

That survey they sent out today is pretty ordinary.

"How would you rate your access to finals tickets under your current membership arrangement?"

...aside from the fact that we're not playing, they're not on sale till another week?

Every member ha a level of entitlement. Guaranteed GF if we make it for Captains Club, not so for silver member.
I guess they want to know about that.

Or alternatively, your access to last years 2 finals which happened after last years survey

Trigg has got a challenge trying to turn this ship around.
He's working with one hand tied behind his back having the spiv running the AFL.

Great interview on the website, spoke very well. Sounds like we may just get going again.

"I've got a very strong sense that the connection to the tribe can be enhanced. I'm really clear about that," Trigg said at the Blues' pre-match function at the MCG on Saturday.

"And I'm very conscious about looking in the rear-vision mirror too much, but where I've come from they did a pretty good job of better connecting with fans and having people feel like they have a sense of belonging to their club.

"And I have no doubt that can be improved at Carlton."

has to back up those words now...

Left the Presidents lunch after his speech to go visit every member group who had functions... Feels very strongly about connecting. Said if people spending $$$ to have functions it is his responsibility not to simply sit at the Pres lunch and ignore them! Let's give him time rather than be sceptical. Someone has to bring us to the 21st century!!

Agree, came into our coterie room and spoke well and with some passion, knows full well the club has a "disconnect" with its fans. Time will tell I guess, but at least he's across the core problem re our low member numbers.

Great interview.

I really get the impression that between our CEO and President change is on the way.

Trigg seems to understand the need to continually review the list and plan ahead.
He mentioned that its not just personnel, but its also about improving process.
Was big on 'the tribe', this may just be to appease supporters, but the very fact he sees that need puts him ahead of anyone else that's been at the club in the last 20years.

I think Psych may get his 'List Manager'

It may be in a different form, but I think we'll see a very different set up by next season.

Committed to getting some kind of blueprint out to supporters over the next 4-6 weeks.

The future seems brighter already.
