I can't bear watching footy related shows right now, cos there is nothing in it for us.

Yes I am cross, very cross - actually I am furious! TC is nothing but a toilet bowl full of crap. Everything is bad, everything is negative, it's a batch of honor not to be a member, club should merge or burned to the ground, all players are lazy and stupid, any coach is an idiot etc etc


TC used to be a place to discuss the club - sometimes fiery - from a view of supporting the club. Now it is more anti- Carlton then the Scum boards . You get scorned for supporting Carlton.the moderators have stopped trying to curtail circle arguments, thread hijacks etc and every effing thread turns into a Carlton bashing. A pre game thread is now based on that we are getting bashed and venting about that - before the game FFS !!!!!

Note how new posters who are positive are getting bullied until they leave. Note how many regular posters hardly post any more. Me included - today I made the mistake to read this crap and I got mad. I'm very mad. TC used to be the first and last site I visited . Now? Phhh

can't speak for anyone else, but I've gone to most games for YEARS!!
I was there supporting the club through its dark patch..which has gone on for some time now.
I've become gloomy and frustrated with the club, the recruiting the players effort etc.
I'm not sure about the other stuff you've said.
I never like bullying.
As I said though, perhaps the dark and despairing humour should be aired in The Worry Room.

I'm with you Mikkey. I'm not the type to look at things with rose coloured glasses, but I try to be reasonably rational and constructive. Some posters have lost the line between fair criticism of the club and flat out Carlton bashing for the sake of it. Eg. Someone (can't remember who) in another thread actually went to the trouble of posting their displeasure that the club announced Kreuzer would be out for '12-14 weeks' because the injury will actually keep him out for at least 3 months....Give me a @#$%&! break! How many weeks in 3 months again?

Anyway, let's get this thread back on track. Walker for Robbo the only change this week? Brock & Rowe for Graham (or Holman?) & Watson?

Me too Bluegirl, i have been going to the footy fory 38 years and at present are really disillusioned with the the club and footy in general. I have experienced bullying on this site and had a long break from visiting here.
It is just really hard to enjoy footy at the moment and some of us let out our frustrations on TC. I will always support Carlton, is now part of my DNA, doesnt mean i have to like the club.

God our MC is weak
Carrots hasn't played since rd 19 last year & he comes straight in? Do we ever learn!
