My son's Gd 1 teacher is a mad Bummers fan. He has been teasing my son and the other Carlton fans all year. Even calls my son "chicken wings". All in good fun, he's not an a-hole. He made a bet with 5 of the carlton kids that if Essendon* won, they'd wear an Essendon* scarf and he'd take a photo of them. If Carlton won, each kid would bring a Carlton scarf each day this week and he had to wear it.
I took my kids to a shopping centre yesterday where Jamo was part of a footy signing thing. I got him to sign over a cut-out from the Sun "To Scott, Go Blues. M Jamieson40".

If my kid wasnt Gd 1, it would have said "suck shit"

agree. mciness and bell out of the blue - but after levi's games in the finals for the bullies i had no doubt we had something there. how exciting is our forward line now?

Yeah I made the same point about Levi to a Bomber mate I watched the game with ... he was very impressive in last years finals. :smoking: I have been so impressed by McInnes ... he's looked like he belongs from game 1 ... cool in a crisis and makes very good decisions. And Bell ... how exciting is the future of this kid? Our midfield suddenly looks hard as nails with Robbo, Bell and McLean rotating in there. God I hope we make finals because we will cause plenty of headaches.

Nice work.

Although, hopefully Jamo spelt his own name right.

Sure he did.

He said he was right to go this week but I told him to forget about GC and get ready for the Saints.

I can still hear popping sounds on Monday morning. That's the unmistakable sound of Essendon* egos exploding all over the place.

Best Monday since the Collingwood game.

A young lady who worked for the club. Sophia Saly.

There's a write-up on the CFC website.

I don't know who the Bombers official they had on SEN this morning but Fatprick Smith was giving him an absolute hiding. Players no good, coaching average and Knights was better etc etc. The Bombers guy was getting quite p1ssed off.

All I heard was bloody 'Simon' the irate carlton supporter who just had to call in (again!!!) to trash Ratts. You should have a good look at yourself Simon.
Yelling over the top of Wallsy, with Tim, Andy, and Robert, all calling you an uninformed idiot.

You know better than Wallsy do you?Played a few games at AFL level have you? Coached a bit?
Ratts is as uninformed fool according to you, and you want someone who better represents your intelligence, and sense of style?

Even if he is going, can you not have the class to let him finish the season without attempting to belittle him in public?

yes. have a good, long, look in thee mirror son.

And a great girl she was in the maybe half dozen times I dealt with her.

It's never good at any age, but especially someone who hasn't even hit their 30s yet. It just tugs at the heart strings.

Thank the heavens Sam Rowe has triumphed where others were unable to.

It's a hideous disease.

And that's coming from the guy who spearheaded the "save Sheesy" campaign? Gold!

Worth every cent. Do the Scum have to pay for new jumpers for Judd and Murphy?

Well, my enjoyment from saturday has been extinguished. My world has been rocked, and I'm now in the dumps.

I was informed by an Essendon* supporter on BF that our win was meaningless because they'll now get an earlier second-round pick than us.

I need someone to hold me now
