you have to select players capable of playing pressure and running and pursuing and tackling.

Agree 100%,When Cincotta was left out I thought for sure we would have an out and he would come in. He's the exact type we need, pace, attack on the ball with a defensive attitude.

Well, he's not. You realise that in a week and the pissed off bit has settled.
