That's not real commitment.
Real commitment is eating someone ELSE's shit! (Like my dog likes to do... and my son likes it when my dog licks his face!)

McKay back helps so much. I expect now that Silvagni can help TDK more, Cripps will be back to his best and our midfield to dominate

At the moment I think we are only missing Weitering, Pittonet, Williams who are genuine Best 22

i will be very nervous when the ball goes down to the * forward line though. I dont consider Marchbank as a true key position for some reason. And we cant expect much after being out of the game for years now. Peter Wright may have a field day if we are not careful.

He's not. Only 193cm. More about match ups. Young takes Wright and then Marchbank maybe on Jones who is taller but only a light build

For the doubters

Quote:
HARRY McKay will return for Carlton on Friday night.

Confirmed by AFL Senior Coach Michael Voss at his press conference on Thursday morning, the Round 13 clash with Essendon* will be McKay’s first since Round 8.

I'm not sure Williams is in our best 22. Cunningham maybe. I think Stocker will sow that position up. With Doc & Saad in great form do we really need Williams?

The way I see it, Young will take Wright. And we have Plowman, Stocker or Newman for Stringer and Harrison Jones.
Maybe we select Durdin to take their resting ruckman in their forward line? Not sure against this mob. I think I'd prefer to see more run to keep pressure on their F50 entries which would make it tough for their tall forwards.
Wouldn't surprise me to see Marchbank playing the McGovern role as intercepting defender or even having him play up the wing.

In: Marchbank, Harry, Martin, Kennedy
Out: Weitering, Motlop, Carroll, Cottrell/Newnes

I see Williams at his best as easily best 22. Can play HB, Wing or even into midfield. Could replace Newman as we play 7 defenders

Cuningham McGovern could be best 22 but haven't locked a spot yet. I expect Kemp & Motlop to eventually be best 22 players. I like that we are developing options

Williams is comfortably best 22 in my opinion.

We shouldn't be worried if this is a physical game. We are stronger, tougher, harder at it than they are. If they bring their form of heat through Draper or some other clown we put guys like Parish, Merrett, McGrath into therapy with guys like Cripps, Kennedy and Hewett attacking the ball.

Their only way to beat us is through ball movement and high turnovers. They won't get near us physically.

Wouldn't expect Marchbank to play KPB after 2 part games in VFL.. Something less than full on contact such as intercepting role as previously mentioned.

Will Young be able to run with Wright, as he moves around and leads quite a bit. Far out I cant believe im worried about Peter Wright? So annoying.

Most importantly - might we se up to six players wearing the long sleeves on Friday night?

Jack Silvagni almost certainly... but Marchbank, Young, Martin, Cerra and Plowman also don't mind the sleeves.

I wonder what the record is?

Do Essendon* play 2 rucks? Or is it usually Draper & Wright
