We have slot of players watching contests expecting their team mates to win rather than helping & we are losing the contests 90% of the time.

We have no KPF's(Jones been serviceable) yet our game plan is bomb it blind high, FFS it's not rocket science. All out Fwds aren't big units, they will rarely win a one on one standing side by side, they are best on the lead, unfortunately we don't have a midfield that can deliver it the way they need.
