Very happy to have racked up two wins in a row at Etihad against our two biggest bogey teams.

I thought for sure we were going to lose the game, the last quarter was pretty hard viewing.

That said, both teams had 7 scoring shots so we could just as easily have won by a comfortable margin. And, well, we won, so we have to be happy that we were able to hold on when they had a massive roll on with 4 or so minutes left in the game.

When Harvey was running in for that goal I thought for sure it was going to be the only thing he would do for the night and would then celebrate like he won the flag. Aside from some superb individual moments from our boys (notably Yarran's mark and Hendo's skill to set up Army) the bad bounce for Harvey was easily the highlight of the game.

There were 6 lowlights though and if anyone is lucky they didn't play in the 70s it is Lindsay Thomas. He would have been dealt with by most teams about 100+ games ago. !@#$%& litte shit.

Yes I know he was very good last week but said a while ago he will be the most overrated $800000 a year player next year. And add to the fact that he is the most overrated $1m+ player this year.
Will see odd glimpses from now on but his career is coming to an incredibly speedy end.

Mids are suppose to be on the move when receiving the tap and letting the ruck know were they are by using their voice (planning were the ball will bounce and what position you should be in isn't a plan).

We have a very peculiar centre bounce set up. Two of our players were facing Kruezer at centre bounces ... so if Kruezer does tap to them they have their backs to the goal and therefore no clear run to kick the ball ... therefore we only had one player that could receive the ball and run forward and kick the ball.

Too many of our players play flat footed at the stoppages, plus we don't have many players with "standing start" speed.

This is one reason we could do with a Daisy Thomas because of his ability at stoppages ... reads it well, one touch player, standing start speed.

Yes Kruz usually either side steps his opponent, taps to his left short and on occasion rips one.

He should focus more on his leap than were his opponent is as he takes his eyes off the ball moments before he jumps, making it hard for himself for the best judgement,.

Kreuzer could be a very good tapruck but he is been mismanaged.

I don't particularly care what the % are. I know what I see and that is his ruck work is terrible.
As an amateur footballer our ruckman could see where we where before he competed for the ball. Surely Krooz has some idea where his midfielders are befor the ball is thrown up, so why does he continuously put the ball to his feet? Sorry I know what I see at every contest and the very reason he chases his own taps!
