Thornton not sighted at the WACA. Seems like the inclusions will be out of Scotto and Carrazzo, maybe Lucas (no word of him being there though).

Some time tonight, not sure on the exact time though.

Other reports say Scotland the only likely inclusion and Warnock to play after looking fit on the training track.

what a joke if he doesn't come back through some time in the magoos. Would just confirm that our club is in disarray if he returns tommorrow night.

Come on mate.....SUPERSTARS like Carrots don't go through the reserves. We are crap because we lost Carrots. If Carrots plays then we are top 4.

I love Carrots

Just a reminder:

West Coast will receive at least 10 more freekicks than us. Hopefully they won't result in too many goals to them.

That would have to result in 2-3 goals either directly or indirectly via my extremely accurate method of pulling stats out of my arse.

Actually, this is an area I think we actually do well in. I noticed in the Geelong game, that when an opposition player goes the duck and charge, our players slip out the way and tackle them around the midriff. I don't think I saw Selwood get one free for high tackle.

Pretty sure the one he got against Joseph that resulted in a goal was for too high.

It was also a terrible call.

Teddy Hopkins had a stat this morning re contested ball.

For contested ball they are 12th in the comp. However if you take out the frees for and against (+8 in per game to WCE) then they are last by a mile.

There is no incentive for the WCE to change their behavior and obviously a big incentive for them to milk frees.

I don't think I saw Selwood get one free for being tackled.

If we keep low, tackle fairly and be first at the ball, it takes away their advantage. Carlton players should learn to visualise a target on the midriff of all WCE players.

This.
A pathetic guess by the umpires
