Every elite runner I've known (or been lucky enough to see their training schedules) does their easy session in the morning and their hard session in the afternoon. FWIW.

Your spin is amazing.

You should be one of those Agents in The Matrix who can dodge bullets.

Chris Scott admitted that we should have beaten Geelong.

They should have given us the points. lol.. stuff Geelong!!!

Look grow up Kouta!!!!

Its about wins and losses.
Noone cares!!!
Chris Scott has a flag in his first year as coach.....

We didnt make the 4 and we got knocked off by the season befores wooden spooners.
And in 3 finals capmpaigns we have won ONE game.. against Essendon*!!

Thus far thats what counts.

Lets not be big kids... ok???

Probably whats wrong with the club....

The last premiership we won in 1995 (long time ago mind you.. almost TWENTY YEARS) we lost 2 games.. Swans and Saints.. i think they finished last and second last...

they should have won the flag....!!!

Or at least played each other for the flag....

Im a realist... but a kiddie view to life... just irks me.
I think were getting ourselves into Richmond /St Kilda habits...
Kouta says Chris Scott said "we should have beaten Geelong" as some kind of reasoning for something....it means jack shit in the wash up!!!

I hate how we have low expectations.
Were happy with being average .
That somehow you can climb the table one step at a time and in 16 years (now 18) we win a flag...
That we have injuries and noone else does.
That we are the only club improving and everyone else is going to stay the same....

Competition winners are usually the best of the best!!!
Super there is the Stephen Bradbury effect... "one for the underdog".. we cheered it.. we woke up the great news... Australias first winter olympics gold...

But over the course of a season... the cream rises to the top... and we finished 2 and a hallf games behind 2010 wooden spooners.. and they played us over there.. and they beat us.

Yes we will be relying on Geelongs retirees to bring them down...
We will be relying on more Hawthorn injuries.
Or collingwood to slip...
West Coast to fall away without the Frenchman...

The reality is.... clubs behind us will breathing down our necks.. and the teams ahead of us might or might not slip

The club needs to prove itself by being a beast!!!

Being a realist is terrific. Being petulant is not.

How exactly is it that we have low expectations?
I haven't heard Ratten being soft on the expectations for this year.
Judd and the rest of the boys have hardly been playing down the importance of this season and their intentions for it.

Who knows you may well have a point, but what is it that brings you about to feel the way you do?
