To answer my own question, think it would go like this (based on ground availability and the day the sides played the week before):

Friday night: Geelong v Hawthorn (MCG)

Sat arvo: Sydney v St Kilda (ANZ)

Sat night: Carlton v Essendon* (MCG)

Sun arvo: Collingwood v West Coast (MCG).

Think it would be harsh to put us on Friday night coming off a Sat night match when the Bombers have had the week off. It is our home game after all and we shold be looked after

Was an article in The Age the other day saying 1v4 would be Saturday night and 2v3 Friday night.

Found it

http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/p ... 1jabd.html

We'd play Sunday.

Crows will be a big chance as Eagles will have come off a game in heavy conditions and the longest flight on footy.

Besides we only need them to draw if they lose this game!

Looks like its a Carlton v Essendon* Elimination final at the G!

This game result will be the extreme high or the lowest of lows ... just thinking about losing to those flowers in the finals would make me physically ill

Article was all based around the fact that there was going to be 4 finals in Melbourne.

Sydney beating the Cats has thrown it up in the air again.
