I am of two minds, if he accepts the deal well and good and we move forward. If he doesn't we should draw the line in the sand and trade him. Should get at least a first round and a good player for him.

By my reckoning he owes the club something. His output over TEN years for someone with his talent is average. He plays well in patches but is happy to drag the club through the mud at other times.

He should be very happy with the offer and should take it. I hope Swann puts a time limit on it and if he doesn't sign then goodbye.

There is no way he is ever going to make that sort of money ever again in his lifetime.

I have no issue with him leaving. We are to Fev conscious anyway and need to develop a more mobile forward line with more options.

With quality kids in Murph, Gibbs, Kruezer, Armfield, Grigg, Anderson, Browne, Russell, Hampson, Austin, Bower, Jamison etc the future looks great. We should set a standard now!

That quote in the HUN is BS as any trade would be discussed with the club not Fev's management.

Its not as if its Fevola himself who is in discussion with the club. Its all done through his management. I can guarantee you Fev would want the contract signed as soon as possible.

Can someone clarify that Fev's management company or manager are/is new? This could have a big impact on how they approach the club.
