I used to think it wasn't a significant thing in games, other than Goldstein of course. Yeah it might cost you momentum here or there or a goal or three but not going impact many games in a decisive way.

But now the HTB, DTB, and tackling rules are basically anybodies guess what is wat it means umpires can get away with way more bull=dust and I've noticed even radio commentators are starting to make a lot of derogatory comments about the inconsistency in-game, week-to-week and how confusing it is for players who played 200 games at the elite level to know what the Flower is going on with these random decisions.
