..downhill skiers, that's been the roos season.. ..one way running midfield.. ..overworked and tired ruck, out of form KPFs.. ..we've had a very average season, and they've been even worse..

Not particularly confident about this game.

I've hated football all year but am going to this and hoping for a good match.

After all it's really the battle for 9th.... who'll become 8th when the Bombers are docked all of their points.

So it's the Grand Final of Mediocrity really.

Can't see how we are going to get up. If Hendo plays back good luck kicking a winning score. Doubt Rowe will kick 3-4 again as the no.1 forward

Agree with the above points, Hendo will (and needs to) play forward, but I still have little faith in our ability to kick a winning score consistently.

I think out best is better than theirs, but they are a bit more even across the board.

Anyone's games, but we do tend to lose these even ones more often than not.

He usually saves his best game of the year for us

Catch 22. Might have trouble stopping them from kicking a winning score with Hendo up forward.
Still we all like to see goals so forward it has to be for entertainments sake.

Really, don't know what to make of this game.

Norf should be favourites and they are, just marginally. At least we don't go into this match being phoney favourites as we have in the past few years.

Probably think the best of the Norf in 2013 has been better than ours, how they're behind us on the ladder amazes me. Having said that, we beat the Lions at the Gabba and they didn't. Hence my confusion and opening comment.

It's their mids that normally get hold of us, just hoping Cachia and Curnow bring their A games, especially in a midfield likely to be without Murph. Carrots would need to find another gear or two.

Norf by 1 point, but would be so thrilled if I was wrong.

Just noticed Norf into $1.62, Blues out to $2.35. It was a $1.91 each on Monday.

I'd say their is a punter or two around town who knows Murph isn't playing or is not 100% right.

probably also seen our unimpressive record against north - usually start like we play stkilda flat disinterested
petrie and thomas always have a birthday and harvey is untaggable against us but no one else
About time we stood up - not as though we have many injuries - we have as many as them - play well for the next few weeks x 3 and we play finals simple as that - no head cases - play hard consistent football and for bloody once -TAKE OUR BLOODY CHANCES when we dominant in a game a put scoreboard pressure on - kick goals

I didn't get a chance to catch up with drew petrie this week (he lives across the road). Wanted to tell him he is not allowed to have his usual big game against us and to take it easy on Jamo..
