Based on the media frenzy it's lucky the tribunal doesn't have the power to administer the death penalty. Reckon there's a chance Fridays game may have been Juddys last under Ratts.

Terrible decision from that turnip. Whether he had eyes on the ball or not was irrelevant. Went off the ground and hit him high. 2 weeks less than Wellingham when it all washes out (good record/early plea discount v bad record loading). Seems about reasonable

Not sure which of the 3 umpire/peanuts (hopefully it was Troy Panel  ) were the adjudicating umpire during that incident - but you would expect that they would also be getting a few weeks for some re-education in the VFL at least for not paying a free kick for that incident.

Yeah, but thankfully they managed to ping Jammo for that bump in the side to gift Norf that goal in the first Qtr.

The media witch hunt looks like getting its way.
Radio are saying that the reason it has gone straight to the tribunal is because of the unusual circumstances involved and it didnt tick any boxes so made it hard to come up with a penalty. If that is so then why cant he offer a guilty plea? Noone has been able to explain this. It seems natural justice has been denied in this case. If he is slapped with an over the top penalty if hope the club takes it further and goes to court.
I would have thought throwing someone into a fence could have caused more damage.

An undisciplined act prededed the media with hunt.
Lets face it....!!!

What happened is a reflection of the club right now.

It will do him good to be toast.
It will do the club good for him to have a holiday.

Nothing is going to get better.... only worse... but at least he can take a break from this shit.
And whoever is the coach needs to make the others work without him.

Not sure thats a bad thing.

We defend Juddy too much.
Was stupid along with his pressure points and investing in social ills.
He invested in a gambling company... that makes money from otehrs losing money and somehow someone pays his loss in investment on his very own gamble to make money.

Juddy has it easy.. dont worry...!!!

Lets see how this team goes without him... and how this club moves into the home straight of this disastrous season....

Its not about juddy.. or whether we can win 2 or 3 more games....

Its about the club and the team

What did Juddy do to David Swartz?

FMD he's absolutely doing a hatchet job on him today.

Had a look at the incedent on youtube and it dosent look great.
But it takes all of 3-4 seconds not the drawn out saga I keep hearing on the radio.

I would not be supprised if the damage occured when the North players pushed judd back.

re: straight to tribunal. He can still plead guilty once it gets there can't he - this way he just gets a chance to plead his case, whatever that may be, before they pass any penalty and he gets to put the whole incident in 'perspective'. Like the old days.

If they had offered him a penalty off the bat from MRP he would have had to either plead guilty and get the discount with no chance to explain the 'perspective' or challenge it.

Im pretty sure they will get to the bottom of it.
But chickenwinging people can take off an arm.
Its serious!!!

Its also reckless and undiscipined.

Remember Harvey???
8 weeks...

potentially it can be worse.

Its idiotic and not in the spirit of the game...even a shirt front has traditionally been part of the game...

Putting on a sleeper hold isnt nice and either is chickenwinging arm locks
