Matchups better now?

We've been able to apply more pressure around the packs and force a few turnovers, but we're still not as clean moving forward as they are. So to be this close at the half is a bloody good effort.

We need to remember we have a break coming up so the guys will have to run, run, run and keep on running if we're to win the game.

I hope we keep it up. We comprehensively outplayed them, they weren't down.

Grigg was everywhere, Setanta was everywhere (not always doing the best with it but definitely deserves plaudits), Stevens chased and harrassed and Simmo showed some amazing flair

fair dues lads great effort. St Nick missing is important as it would have undone a lot of our hard work. Here's hoping we can get Fev into the game early in the 3rd (a bit of help off the maggots would be nice as well).

Simmo has been fantastic. He mightn't have the numbers, but he's had the influence.

He was having a bit of a scrap with AJ after our boy outplayed him. I wish that little scrote played football when Rhys-Jones was still playing for us.

Our best quarter for the year (we have coverage on main event in Canberra). The last 15 mins was just modern finals footy - the boys have shown so much character after being smashed in the first 10 minutes by the saints and the Umpire (who have absolutely rolled Fev all game).

Now if someone could just lock Reiwoldt in the toilet at half time... :smoking:
