looks like much of the same. dominate the 1st with run and dare ... miss opportunities in F50. allow the other team to hang around until we run out of run.

i do love lord in the middle. he has an element of calm that we lack across all lines

high ankle sprain. probs tore the ligament from the bone. surgery to sew it back on.

thats a 3 month injury, i'd imagine.
